Clever Rabbit was trapped.
聪明兔被困了。
He was in the middle of a ring of wolves.
他被困在围成一圈的狼中间。
“Mmm! Dinner!” said Big Wolf.
“嗯!晚餐!”大灰狼说。
“Wait!” said Clever Rabbit.
“等一等!”聪明兔说。
“Don’t you want to see my dance?”
“你难道不想看我跳舞么?”
“No!” said Big Wolf.
“不!”大灰狼说。
I want to eat you.
我想吃掉你。
“I want to see your dance,” said Little Wolf.
“我想看你跳舞，”小灰狼说。
Clever Rabbit tapped his foot.
聪明兔轻踏他的脚。
He sang.
他唱着。
La, la, la.
啦-啦-啦!
“Stomp your foot on the word la. Copy me.”
“跟我学。边唱la边跺脚。”
La, la, la.
啦-啦-啦!
All the wolves stomped their feet.
所有的狼都开始跺脚了。
“This is fun,” they said.
“真有趣”，他们说。
“Show us more!”
“向我们展示更多吧!”
La-la-la! Tum-tum-tum!
啦-啦-啦! 登-登-登!
sang clever Rabbit.
聪明兔唱着。
“Turn around on the word tum.”
“边唱tum边转圈。”
“This is easy,” said Big Wolf.
“这很简单”，大灰狼说。
“Oh yes?” said Clever Rabbit.
“是吗?”聪明兔说。
“Try it faster.”
“试着跳更快些。”
sang Clever Rabbit.
聪明兔唱着。
He sang it faster and faster.
他唱得越来越快。
The wolves stomped their feet.
这群狼跺着脚
They turned around and around.
转了一圈又一圈。
“I’m dizzy,” said Little Wolf.
“我好晕。”小灰狼说。
Clever Rabbit danced into the long grass.
聪敏兔跳到了茂盛的草丛中。
“Keep dancing,” he called.
“继续跳，别停”，他喊道。
La-la-la! Tum-tum-tum!
啦-啦-啦! 登-登-登!
La-la-la! Tum-tum-tum!
啦-啦-啦! 登-登-登!
One by one, the wolves fell to the ground.
一个接一个，狼全倒在了地上。
“Where’s that rabbit?” asked Big Wolf.
“那只兔子去哪儿了?”大灰狼问。
But Clever Rabbit was far away…
聪明兔已经跑远了。
…and the wolves were too dizzy to chase him.
