It was William's birthday.

"Happy birthday, William," said Biff and Chip.

They gave him a birthday card.

William had a box with him.

"This is my birthday present," he said.

"What is it?" asked Chip.

"It looks like a submarine," said Biff.

William opened the box.

"It is a submarine," he said.

"It explores the sea bed."

"That's right," said Wendy.

"It goes to the bottom of the sea."

The submarine looked like a car without wheels.

It had big windows and two bright headlights.

"Wow! said Chip. "It's brilliant."

Just then the magic key began to glow.

It was time for a new adventure.

"I wonder where the key will take us this time," said William.

The magic key took the children to the sea.

There were lots of boats.

Chip pointed to a yellow submarine.

"Look at that one," he said.

"It looks just like William's submarine!"

The children went to look at the submarine.

"I wish we could look inside," said Chip.

Just then the top of the submarine opened and a man came out.
